SHIPPING

Items are shipped only within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. All pieces are insured for their retail value. I am not responsible for non-USPS-related damage or lost or stolen packages.

Current Fees:

  • $5 base rate per order plus $5 per item for shipping anywhere in the U.S.

  • Free pickup in San Francisco, CA, by appointment. At checkout, select the “San Francisco” pickup option and I will email you to schedule a pickup time at my studio or a mutually convenient location.

 

PACKAGING

I use reused, recycled, and recyclable materials as much as possible and pack things well to ensure safe delivery. 

 

TAX

All sales within California are subject to the 8.625% sales tax for San Francisco, CA.

 

RETURNS

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not possible at this time. 

 

VARIATIONS

All items are handmade and will have unique markings and slight variations in size, shape, and color. Items are depicted as accurately as possible, but may appear slightly different in person than on screen due to variations in screen resolution and photography limitations. Note: the white stoneware is ivory-colored (warm white/pale yellow) and the porcelain is a slightly cooler white.

 

CARE

Ceramics are delicate by nature, but my work is durable when handled with care. Handwashing is highly recommended. All utilitarian items are glazed with food-safe and watertight glazes.

 

CUSTOM

I am not able to accept custom design requests at this time.
